I agree that all companies should set a limit on working hours.
First, limiting working hours protects employees’ health. Long working hours can lead to stress, fatigue, and serious health problems such as heart disease or mental burnout. By enforcing reasonable limits, companies can ensure that employees maintain a healthier work-life balance, which benefits both their personal well-being and overall job satisfaction.
Second, restricting hours can improve productivity. Overworked employees often become less efficient and make more mistakes. When employees have sufficient rest and time to recharge, they can concentrate better, work more effectively, and produce higher-quality results in the time they spend at work.
For these reasons, all companies should set a limit on working hours, as doing so supports both employees’ health and their productivity. (127語)
