I agree that companies should hire more people from foreign countries for the following two reasons.
First, hiring international employees strengthens a company’s human resources. Foreign workers often bring unique skills, perspectives, and experiences that domestic staff may not have. This diversity can enhance creativity, problem-solving, and innovation within the organization, which leads to a successful business.
Second, employing people from abroad supports globalization. Companies with international teams can better understand global markets, communicate with clients worldwide, and expand their business overseas. This is essential for companies that aim to remain competitive in an increasingly interconnected world.
For these reasons, companies should hire more people from foreign countries, as it improves their human resources and helps them succeed in global markets. (122語)
