I agree that people are too reliant on technology today.
First, technology can reduce efficiency in the long term. While digital tools are designed to save time, overreliance can weaken problem-solving and critical thinking skills. People often depend on apps or search engines for simple tasks, which limits their ability to handle challenges independently.
Second, technology has changed the way we communicate, sometimes negatively. Social media and messaging apps allow instant contact, but they can reduce face-to-face interactions and make it harder to develop deep personal relationships. Overreliance on digital communication can lead to misunderstandings and weaker social skills.
For these reasons, people are too reliant on technologies today, as it affects both their efficiency and the quality of their communication. (121語)
